• Experience developing and articulating a compelling product vision that aligns with the overall client business strategy.

• Experience in defining product goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ability to identify opportunities and challenges, both inside and outside of the delivery team.

• Experience in working in Agile frameworks and delivery cycles, and breaking down products and requirements to align to delivery

• Experience leading Hybrid-working projects

• A proactive mindset when resolving issues and preventing potential problems.

• Able to drive positive communication into the delivery team; balancing the sprint-to-sprint goals as well as the overall “big picture” product goals

• The ability to arrange and optimise product backlog through breakdown of features, deliverables, product phasing etc

• Ability to contribute to communities of practice both on-client and within TDS

Our TDS Product Owners are responsible for creating and maintaining a prioritised product roadmap that reflects the product vision and strategy of our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements, and balance competing demands and trade-offs to ensure the product roadmap is feasible and aligned to business objectives.
